Patient statements can be sent manually by your team. Denticon also offers automated statement services that can be sent via snail mail, email, or both with a flexible cadence of your choosing. Either method allows you to choose a variety of parameters, including balance threshold, frequency, a specific range of Responsible Parties by last name, etc.
