Cloud 9 partner OrthoBanc, LLC has announced that it has been purchased by Accel-KKR. You may recognize this as the same private equity firm which provided a growth investment to both Cloud 9 and OrthoFi in 2019. Under Accel-KKR, OrthoBanc and OrthoFi will be combined as OrthoFi.
